Join us at Combermere Abbey for a special Autumn Family Dog Walk on Sunday 11th October 2026, 12pm - 4pm in support of The Dogs Trust. 

Bring your much treasured dogs, family and friends and enjoy a wonderful afternoon on the Combermere Abbey estate. There's lots to do for both owners and dogs!

A 2-mile circular walk through the park and ancient woods - full of enticing sights, sounds and smells for two and four-legged guests. Partnering with our chosen canine charity, we have invited a variety of independent businesses with stands showing off a variety of canine products. Perfect for those elusive Christmas presents! Whether you're bringing the whole family, meeting friends, or enjoying a solo Sunday stroll with your four-legged companion, it promises to be a wonderful day out. 

We're very excited to be joined by Steve Leonard, from Pheonix Vet Practice in Nantwich, who will be hosting a friendly Dog Show during the afternoon - be sure to enter your dog on the day for just £2 (payable on the day) and join in the fun!  We will be announcing the categories for our Dog Show soon!

• Tickets Available to book online: Adults - £5.00, Children under 16 - £2.50 (Entry to the Dog Show is additional, and will be payable on the day on registration)
• Location: Combermere Abbey Estate
• Route: 2-mile circular walk through ancient woodlands, self-paced - Appropriate footwear required
• Dogs: Welcome, on leads
• Picnics: Not permitted
• Refreshments available to purchase on the day
• Children are very welcome, although the woodland paths are not suitable for prams or pushchairs.
