**We no longer charge a booking fee!**

Please Note before booking 
  • Weekday sessions (term time) are 120 minutes; weekends and school holidays are 90 minutes.
  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Seating is available across two floors and is first-come, first-served.
  • You’re welcome to arrive at any point during your session, but all sessions finish promptly at the scheduled time.
  • For health and safety reasons, prams and pushchairs are not permitted in the soft play area.
  • We are a cashless venue for a quicker, smoother experience.
  • Outside food, drinks, and cakes are not permitted for general admission bookings.
  • Our café takes last food orders 30 minutes before your session ends.

Parking & Transport
On-site parking is available for your convenience. We recommend travelling by public transport where possible — please visit our website or get in touch for the best routes to the venue.

Ticket availability

Tickets are on sale until 30 minutes before the experience ends, but may sell out sooner, so don't miss out!

Booking protection

Add to your booking for £1.50, giving you the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the experience starts.

Ticket requirements

1 x Additional Child (3 - 12 years) or 1 x Additional Child (under 3's only) or Additional Adult tickets must be purchased together with at least 1 1 x Child (3 - 12 years) including 1 x Adult or 1 x Child (6 months to 3 years) including 1 x Adult ticket.
