You must pre-book your play session. **We no longer charge a booking fee!** Please Note before booking  Weekday sessions (term time) are 120 minutes; weekends and school holidays are 90 minutes. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Seating is available across two floors and is first-come, first-served. You’re welcome to arrive at any point during your session, but all sessions finish promptly at the scheduled time. For health and safety reasons, prams and pushchairs are not permitted in the soft play area. We are a cashless venue for a quicker, smoother experience. Outside food, drinks, and cakes are not permitted for general admission bookings. Our café takes last food orders 30 minutes before your session ends. Parking & Transport On-site parking is available for your convenience. We recommend travelling by public transport where possible — please visit our website or get in touch for the best routes to the venue.
