By booking a sauna session at Earthbound, you’re supporting a regenerative farm and wellness space rooted in nature connection and circular systems. We’re excited to welcome you — and we want everyone to have a safe, respectful and nourishing experience. 

Safety First 
Use at your own risk: All guests use the sauna, cooling spaces, and outdoor facilities at their own risk. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication, we recommend speaking with your doctor before using the sauna. 

Adults only: Our sauna is currently for ages 18 and over, unless otherwise stated. Children may only attend during private group bookings and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

No alcohol or intoxication: Please arrive sober and hydrated. Alcohol is not permitted before or during your session. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who appears intoxicated — no refund will be given. 
Keep valuables at home: Earthbound is a working farm and open-air site. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. 
Enter safely: Use the provided steps and platforms when entering and exiting the sauna. Keep pathways clear for others.

Fire safety: Our sauna is wood-fired. Only staff may attend to the stove. Please do not add water to the stove stones unless guided by your host.

Sauna Etiquette
Respect others: Keep phones, cameras, and loud conversations outside the sauna. This is a space for stillness, connection, and restoration.
Stay clean & dry: All guests must sit or lie on a body-sized towel to protect our handcrafted benches. If you arrive without one, we may not be able to let you in. Our team has full permission to assess the situation and ensure hygiene is upheld.
Clothing: Individual sessions are clothing-required. Private group bookings may choose clothing-optional, but this must be agreed in advance and always remains a non-sexual, safe space for all.
Outdoor Access & Water Safety
Earthbound does not have sea or river access. Any cool-downs will happen on land. If you explore the surrounding area or swim offsite before or after your session, you do so at your own risk. Earthbound is not liable for any incidents that occur outside the sauna premises.

Extras on Site
Farm-fresh veg boxes may be available to purchase after your session. Just ask a member of the team on arrival.

Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled session. If you cancel less than 7 days before your session, we can’t guarantee a refund unless your space is filled by another guest — but we’ll do our best to help.
Weather: Our sauna is outdoors. We may reschedule or cancel your booking in cases of extreme weather or safety risks. If so, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to rebook.

Accessibility & Inclusion
We aim to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space for everyone. If you have specific access needs or questions, please get in touch before your visit. The sauna sits in a meadow on uneven terrain — access support may be limited, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.
