We are Vintersol Distillery. Tucked aware in a railway arch in South london, we specialise in the production of aquavit - a Nordic Spirit flavoured mainly with caraway or dill seed. We use classic Scandinavian principles of functionality, mininalism, and craftsmanship in everything we do, to create elegant, sophsiticated spirits through simple and considered means.
