Join us at our distillery, and learn to craft your very own aquavit or gin! Our head distiller, Sasha, will guide you through the principles of distillation and flavour creation, and teach you about the key botanicals used in aquavit and gin. We'll then help you develop your own unique recipe for you to distil yourself on one of our cutting-edge nanostills. Once your creation has been blended, bottled, labelled, and of course, named, you'll be able to take it home to enjoy. We'll also keep your recipe on file, should you wish to order additional bottles in the future. Finally, you'll be guided through a tasting of Vintersol Distillery's own products, and learn how to appraise and appreciate not only your own newly created spirit, but any and all you might encounter. Each tour ticket also comes with a 10% discount for our distillery shop (valid on the day of the tour only).  Please note you must be over the age of 18 to attend a tour.

Join us for a guided tour and tasting at our distillery, and discover our history, our methods, and of course, our amazing drinks. Each tour begins with a warm welcome and a cocktail showcasing our aquavit, along with a look at the story of our distillery, and of aquavit itself. We then head to our production floor to discuss the methods and equipment we use in our production processes. The tour is capped off with a guided tasting of our spirits range, and some thoughts on aquavit's recent past, and possible future.
