The contrasting scenery of the North and South coast of Cornwall is a must to see from a kayak.  The caves, rock hopping and beautiful scenery is enough even before you mention the wildlife!

A 6 day trip including 4 full days of kayaking with a maximum of 6 people per trip.  The trip includes 4 full days of kayaking within a 6 day window.  This enables us to choose the best days for kayaking based on the weather forecast and gives you two days to explore the area or rest.  The price also includes your guide, kayaking equipment and an online album of photos taken by the guide during the week.

Upon booking we will recommend a central location where you can find campsites or a nice Air BnB to relax in after a day on the water.  From here you will be within an hour of all our favourite locations which we will pick from each day based on the weather and the group's ability.  We will transport the boats you will just need to transport yourselves, oh and your lunch and snacks!

These trips are suitable for those that have spent 3 or more days in a closed cock-pit sea kayak with a spray deck before. If you are unsure as to whether this trip is for you do give us a call to discuss it.   Please note that for beginners we offer trips in the Isles of Scilly in May/June each year.

Our qualified and very experienced guides work under the professional bodies of Paddle UK, they create a relaxed and fun environment in which to learn and improve.

Itinerary
The trip runs Sunday to Friday enabling you to get accommodation Saturday to Saturday.

Day One - we will meet at 10am to give you your kayaking kit and make a plan for the week.  The exact trip plans will be tailored around the weather with the aim of exploring the area over four days of kayaking.  We should also have a rough idea of which two days to pick as rest days in the 6 day trip period.  This flexibility enables us to increase the probability of paddling for four days.  The weather can be changeable but we will have the pick of both the North and South Cornish coast.

Days Two, Three and Four -   We will meet at 10am giving you time to have breakfast and prepare snacks and lunch to bring with you for the day.  We will provide a suggested kit list with hints and tips for your trip upon booking.  There is the opportunity for a camp away one night if the weather allows.  We would kayak to a good camping location enjoy a lovely evening under the stars and kayak back the next day.

Make sure you book any travel home for 'Day Seven' at the earliest or you may miss your last day of kayaking.

The cost includes your tuition/guiding fee and kayaking kit (boat, spray deck, paddle, buoyancy aid, cag, helmet and long john wetsuit) and photos.

Please note we use Dagger Stratos 14.5ft kayaks. We have both small and large options. Unlike sit-on top kayaks they have a finite cockpit seat width 45cm.  The have a weight limit of 100kg and are comfortable for individuals 6ft 2" or shorter.  If you are unsure if these boats are right for you it is best to try one before booking.

To confirm your place we ask for a non refundable deposit of £150, the balance is due 6 weeks before the trip.
