Overview
The much-loved Saxbys Barndance is back! Get ready for an evening of lively barn-dance fun with Tautas Roks, an energetic local Ceilidh band blending traditional English folk tunes with a mix of modern genres to create a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere. A caller will be on hand to guide everyone through the dances, so no previous experience is needed.
Food will be available throughout the evening, including hot dogs, burgers, pulled chicken and chilli, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options also on offer.
Fancy dress is highly encouraged — think ten gallon hats, denim, check shirts, cowboy boots, bandanas, gingham dresses. Anything goes!
You will need your ticket after 5pm but the taproom is open from midday and we have Allie-Marie Hunter playing country tunes during the afternoon from 3.30pm to get everyone in the mood for the evening's entertainment.
