Our Weather and Cancellation Policy:

Whilst our experiences can go ahead on most rainy days, if the weather forecast is for heavy rain, very high temperatures, storms and/or high winds we may need to postpone for safety reasons; the well-being of the alpacas and for the enjoyment of the experience itself.
We reserve the right to move the walk to a different time of day - please be prepared to come earlier on hot days in the summer, we will provide at least 48 hours notice for this.
We are unable to provide refunds for walks moved on the same day. Please be aware of this before booking.
If we do need to postpone or cancel for any reason, weather or otherwise (a decision we do not take lightly) we will get in touch via your e-mail the day before your booking and will arrange a new date.
If we need to postpone the walk to a different date and you are unable to make a new date we will refund the cost of your visit.
Please check your e-mails 48-12 hours before your booking.

Cancellations or postponements made by visitors:

Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of a booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 24 hours before the start of the booking will be invited to reschedule the experience at a new time (once), within a year, or a gift voucher can be given.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking or those failing to attend a booking without letting us know, will not be eligible for free rebooking or a refund.
