Book Ireland's first Irish Hazel Yurt Sauna for a dimly lit, meditative experience. Enjoy a beautiful, encompassing heat with natural cedar wood and hazel wood aroma. Infuse our Jade stones with natural Birch extract while sitting around the fire.
Instructions:
Please park in the Glencullen Adventure Park car park, which is located 10 minutes away. Please allow for a 10-minute hike up to the sauna from there.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆:
- 2 x Towels (One to sit on and one to dry yourself)
- Flip Flops & Warm Clothing
- Bathing wear for sauna and swimming.
- Drinking water to stay hydrated.
𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐄:
- Please sit on a towel at all times in the sauna.
- Take a break/swim every 10/15 minutes from the heat.
- Don’t wear jewellery in the sauna.
- Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted.
- Alcohol is not to be consumed before or during the Sauna session.

You must not use the sauna if you:
• Suffer from high or low blood pressure, or any heart or circulatory disorder, or suffer from epilepsy, or
diabetes;
• Are pregnant
• Are prone to dizziness or fainting
• Are under the age of 16
