Yoga 45 Minute Class: Our yoga classes cater for participants of all abilities and we offer a 45 minute or 60 minute class for a maximum of 20 participants. The yoga class will start with some simple breathing exercises to help connect the mind and body and a series of yoga sequences will then be practised to warm up, stretch, strengthen and bring heat to the body. A cooling down relaxation will end the session with a few minutes of guided meditation. The benefits of our classes range from a reducing stress and increasing focus to improving posture and an increase in morale. As you have requested, we can also request for the yoga teacher once we have allocated them to focus 15 minutes at the end of breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. Once we have assigned a teacher to your booking we will be able to advise how many mats they can provide. Participants are also able to provide their own. Party Houses Stag Package: 3 Course Meal Pick 2 activities: Axe Throwing, Sports Day, Archery Tag, Archery, Bubble Football, Laser Clay Shooting. Suppliers will arrive 1 hour before start time.  Please see more details on each experience below:  ● Bubble Football (1.5hrs) Strap yourselves into your own one man body zorb and split off into teams. Rather than tackle, use the more effective barge to win the ball off your opponents sending them flying end over end in the process. The rules are the same as standard football except you are wearing a protective bubble and barging people to the floor isn’t frowned upon. Afterwards you will have a choice to play Bubble Football games such as Bulldog, Sumo and Last Man Standing.  ● Laser Clay Shooting (2hrs) The full set up comes to you at your holiday home and is set up in the garden. Our professional coaches take you through 30 mins training session and then it's onto the 90 minute team competition! They last around two hours and you get to shoot as many clays as you wish! We use the most up to date Mk 3 shooting systems, our instructors are fully trained and will be able to assist your guests to get the most out of the experience. ● Archery (1.5hrs) Chanel your inner Katniss Everdeen, Legolas or Robin Hood and give the traditional sport of archery a go. Receive expert tuition from one of our fantastic, experienced instructors whilst enjoying a fun packed activity. A standard archery set up looks includes butts, netting, bunting and a shelter gazebo. After a briefing from our instructor, participants will have practice arrows followed by scoring arrows!
