Overview
Meet Roman soldiers and Iron Age communities, explore ancient crafts and skills, and discover what life was like on the northern frontier of the Roman Empire nearly two thousand years ago. With re-enactors, demonstrations and hands-on activities throughout the day, the festival will offer a lively glimpse into the people, cultures and conflicts that shaped this region in the Roman period.

- Members & Newstead residents can purchase discounted tickets. Members should bring their membership card on the day. Newstead residents should bring proof of address on the day.
- You can add on a discounted visit to the Trimontium Museum in Melrose when purchasing your festival ticket. Museum add on tickets will be valid for 7 days from 1st August.
- Some of the craft workshops have a small additional charge to take part, and require booking. These are also available on this platform.
- Tickets will be on sale, subject to availability, at the gates on the day.
