🐾 Junior Zookeeper Day at WILD Zoological Park! 🐾 Do you know a young aspiring zookeeper? Our Junior Keeper Day Experience is perfect for children aged 7-13 years old, offering them the chance to spend a day learning what it takes to care for our wonderfully unique animals! From cleaning and feeding to habitat design and an enrichment-making workshop, this hands-on experience is packed with exciting activities. What’s Included?  ✅ Full-day experience (10 AM – 3 PM) ✅ Supervised by expert keepers, including Keeper Ben ✅ Small group setting for a personal experience ✅ Packed lunch prepared by the chefs of Halfpenny Estate ✅ WILD Zoological Park Junior Keeper T-shirt & zookeeper lanyard ✅ Certificate of completion  What to Expect? Begin your day with an induction and get kitted up in your Junior Keeper gear Visit each animal section to clean, feed, and create enrichment for our animals Take part in animal handling, crafts, talks, and demonstrations Ask our expert keepers everything you've ever wanted to know about zookeeping This experience is inspired by the WILD Curriculum, which encourages children to develop resilience, confidence, and a deep connection to nature through hands-on learning. Important Information  🦺 Dress appropriately – wear sturdy boots or wellies and weather-appropriate clothing, as you’ll be working outdoors in all conditions! 🦸 No need for an adult to accompany – all our staff are DBS-certified. Participants can be dropped off at 10 AM and picked up at 3 PM.  📅 Booking for one participant on 27th February 2027 *WILD Zoological Park reserves the right to cancel any date should it not reach the minimum capacity of 6 participants. 🐾 WILD! Explorers Society – Part 2 🐾  Do you know a young aspiring zookeeper? The WILD! Explorers Society experience is perfect for young people aged 8-14 years old, offering a full day of hands-on learning about a variety of species and the skills needed to care for them. From cleaning and feeding to habitat design and enrichment-making, this interactive experience gives participants a true insight into the world of zookeeping.  What’s Included?  ✅ Full-day experience (10 AM – 3 PM) ✅ Hands-on activities including animal training, enrichment design, and conservation awareness ✅ Packed lunch prepared by the chefs of Halfpenny Estate ✅ Exclusive access to WILD discounts and the WILD Explorer Society Members Page upon completion of Part 1 & 2  What to Expect?
